Daylight Breaking Into Crimson
(Mocha Java Jesus)

Is this moment less miraculous than others under Heaven ?

They say the holidays and New Year are the time
With solstice & rebirth, with Kings & resurrection
to celebrate with every good gift the joy which is ours.

How can this blessed date be different from any other ?

Now we might start to begin this moment as fresh
As we've never quite begun before, to caress our fate
After all the delays, postponements, and flurry of false starts,
We are here, with clarity and wisdom.

To plant a seed as tenderly & assuredly, with the most delicate touch,
That beginning from which eternal strength assuredly grows - -

Rarely by force.  Not ever in hurry.  Nor compounded worry - -
Yea, not even the glitzy fanfare of trumpets with raucous cacophony's release
Can canopy of oak or towering redwoods appear fully formed,

Sprouting to the racing force of blackest night.

Your maturity is like a forest, the wilderness of your life,
Reasoning for crystallization long forestalled to arrive,
As realization's twilight holds forth its hands to you  - -

My son. My daughter. Restrain no longer.
The crimson daylight of understanding has at last arrived.

Blood has flowed under the river.  Return where we've started so many times.

Come join us.

The difference now, in pleading quiet within turning wheels
of silence, is to stop.  Stop your prevaricating and wait no longer.

Wrap your arms around this previously unloved moment.
You will create a life & legacy which reshapes the impossible,
Reforms the unwieldy, and best of all,
Brings to surrender the stubborn resistance
Of your seemingly unyielding history.

This hour, break sanctimony within that nearly invisible seed of your soul.

Shatter the over-caked topsoil of doubt! Plant your faith, entering in
To pristine lilies of conception, and as you explode, glorious,
Have a Mocha Java with Jesus, to your complete & utter astonishment.

To think that the King of Kings could enjoy caffeine.

There is now a ghostly sliver of light. The dead are departing,
Streaming particles to the skies.

Until then, break through this unalterable stain of daylight,

As present  and alive
As any moment you have ever embraced before.
