Creation Philosophy in Two Simple Thoughts

(A Nutshell of Deep Understandings)

I am what I think.

Thinking refers to the deepest level of consciousness my brain has the capacity for. Sponsoring thought* is the core of all creation. This is why brainwashing is possible. What is brainwashing? It is quite possibly changing the sponsoring thought of a human concerning specific beliefs, if it is done correctly. So, why not brainwash myself? About myself? And why not choose to do this consciously? Choose to think another way about myself at the sponsoring level and thereby bring it into creation?

What happens when I change my life from one distinct way of living to another? I change my core thought or belief about something, about myself, about the world, about another or others, about a situation, about anything. My sponsoring thought, when fully engaged, will create whatever is contained in that thought. And it is always just what I needed and desired at that time, at least in retrospect...just seemed a bit clumsy at the time. Perhaps I could have done it differently. With the use of conscious will (not willpower), it doesn't have to be in retrospect. Conscious will, which could be overlaid somewhat with 'free choice,' is the key to a 'designer creation' process, I think. The key for me is in learning to utilize this wonderful gift I have, while I walk around or skip around in this wonderful human gear.

My reality** is only temporary. (How temporary is up to me...this day, this moment, this lifetime)

I came to experience. From experience comes learning and the learning is wonderful, but the learning is only something I am carrying around to create the next experience. I think that the 'lessons' are learned solely so that I can create the next reality, which I am most definitely going to create, even better. My life is not a crash course nor is it a leisurely stroll in the park while reading Whitman. It is experience upon experience upon experience. And from whence do these experiences come? From me, myself and I. All of us. From the most infinitesimally micro level to the most cosmic macro level. Co-creation, sole creation, consensus realities.

I am a reality machine pumping out one new reality after another. Like a slide show I am running for myself, and I am the one making all of the slides, and I choose which slide comes up next. A new one, an old one I'd like to revisit again, one I would like to try out and see how I like the looks and the feel of...anything I would like.

So, why not choose consciously? Why not be a conscious reality pumping machine? Each slide has its own rich texture, its own startling color, its own warm, silky air or frigid, cold wind, its own native culture doing their age-honored dances. When I know I would like to put a new slide on to experience, perhaps I choose to overlay it with the last one because I really liked the texture of the last one. So, I carry the texture of it with me into the next reality. Immersing fully into each, perhaps staying forever with the color of one or perhaps changing onto a totally new slide. Whatever I like.

I do this many times without consciousness ("something is happening TO me"), sometimes with semi-consciousness ("Now, what's going to happen?") but rarely with full consciousness ("OK, heeeere we go."). Since I do it all of the time anyway, why not do it consciously? With full consciousness comes the knowledge of the flow. Trust of the flow. It's not about controlling the flow; it's about creating the current I ride upon as the flow continues to move. Time assures me that the flow will continue to move. Not a doubt about it. I WILL ride. So the question is, what current could I create to ride upon? Any current I choose.

* Sponsoring Thought as I use it here is defined as being the "most fervently held thought" or "the thought behind the thought behind the thought."

** The use of the word 'Reality' is not to be interpreted in any way as 'Actuality' or 'Orthos' (I thank my uncle for finding this word for me when I couldn't find language). The word reality as I use it here strictly refers to what seems and appears real to me at that moment. This reality is not real; all realities are illusional. Neither true nor false, right nor wrong, good nor bad. They are strictly experiences. Therefore, all realities are temporary.
