Seeker Magazine
after-dream

brightness
casting a hand
to caress my cheek
trailing fingers of light
along my neck
lead the exit from a
mysterious world
leeching fingers entangled
around my throat
to keep my in grasp...
involved in the surreal
connected to unrecognizable forms
as a player
positioned on this grid
in the psychological cinema
urged by the pull of conscious
scuffling to fill my
pocket with the effect...
my memory of the other side
-that strange land of all possibility
where nothing is sacred
or all is sacred?
the lingering images
representative
for fears and pleasures
and questions
flash to a familiar
cue-
reflection of my voice
cue to sounds unfamiliar
